A coroner, she said, was reviewing files and the family expected to hear news in the new year.Massey, 55, who was branded Salford's 'Mr Big' by a councillor in the early nineties, was murdered by Mark Fellows outside his home in Clifton, Salford, on July 26, 2015.The 40-year-old is currently serving a whole life tariff for the murder of Mr Massey and his close friend and associate John Kinsella, in Rainhill, Merseyside, in May, 2018.In the book Paul Massey: A Salford Heart, co-written by Kelly, she reveals she knows Fellows and Steven Boyle, who was cleared of murdering Massey but found.
