‘The Housemaid’: First Look Of Sydney Sweeney & Amanda Seyfried Movie Unveiled At CinemaCon

We first told you about this project. Based on the Freida McFadden novel and adapted by Rebecca Sonnenshine, the movie follows Millie (Sweeney) is a struggling young woman who is relieved to get a fresh start as a housemaid to Nina (Seyfried) and Andrew (Sklenar), an upscale, wealthy couple.
She soon learns that the family’s secrets are far more dangerous than her own. In the high gloss trailer, and for those who don’t know the book –who’s the killer here?
Nina or Millie? Both have blood on heads during the trailer. Pic takes place at a mansion in the burbs during the winter. it’s clear Millie is disgruntled — she’s holding a broken plate.
