What do I care?’ I gained 15 pounds. I stopped exercising. I was stressed out all the time. People would look at me and go, ‘What’s going on with you, Faith?’ and I would say, ‘It’s just not a priority right now.’ I just sort of let everything go for the past five years that I felt like I was just surviving.”As for many women who get bogged down by life’s hardships, facing a new decade was a major turning point.
