But then, of course, the trailer starts to get into some of the drama that happens after the contestants get out of the pods.One woman brings up “this girl on TikTok who’s crying.” Another man says, rather ominously, “She had a boyfriend going into this.” Cut to someone else saying, without context, “He’s a huge liar.” It looks like possibly someone’s ex-boyfriend lives in the same apartment building as the couple, there’s going to be at least one debate over whether or not to sign a prenup, and the trailer ends with what could be a runaway bride.

So, you know, stuff.Season eight of the Netflix reality-dating show takes place in Minneapolis, where the dating pool is already small.

One season eight contestant, Alex, who appeared on , told Vanessa Lachey, “It’s such a small community.
