Three bus users with disabilities have shared the shocking real-life experiences of trying to travel around Greater Manchester.
All from Manchester, they include a kidney transplant patient with a learning disability, a mum with chronic fatigue syndrome and a student with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair.
Together with 29 others from across the country, they were asked to complete a travel diary for two weeks - recording any challenges or positives they faced on their journeys.
Their collective experiences have now shaped a new report from the charity Bus Users UK, which has made a series of recommendations to Government, operators and local transport decision-makers.
