Apple TV+ has conjured up The Enfield Poltergeist, a four-part documentary that revisits the real-life haunting of a family in ’70s London.
The doc relies on more than 250 hours of audio archive to help recreate the infamous events in Enfield that went on to inspire The Conjuring 2.
It will drop Oct. 27 – just in time for your Halloween party. Throughout four episodes, the events at Enfield are reconstructed using the recordings captured by Maurice Grosse, a paranormal investigator who archived all of his interviews from back in the day.
The doc built a replica of the council house where the incidents took place so performers could reenact what is heard on the tapes.
