After Meghan Markle and Prince Harry‘s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey where the duo told their true story, The Crown creator Peter Morgan is opening up about the chances of the royal couple being portrayed on the show.
In a chat with THR last year, he said that he has a “20-year rule” that he will only write about events that happened at least 20 years ago.
It was previously announced that The Crown will end after the sixth season, which will be set in the early 2000s. “I just think you get so much more interesting [with time],” he said. “Meghan and Harry are in the middle of their journey, and I don’t know what their journey is or how it will end.
