variety.comEmily Longeretta “The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras” is heading to streaming. The iconic 40th season of the longest-running reality competition show will debut on Paramount+ on April 23.
The season, which debuted on MTV in August 2024, premiered to the highest ratings in the demo in three years. The season featured all vets, with many fan-favorite competitors returning after many years off.
The roster featured seven-time winner Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, five-time champ Chris “CT” Tamburello, four-time winners, Darrell Taylor and Jordan Wiseley, and three-time winner Derrick Kosinski.
Two-time title holders on the cast include Mark Long, Jonna Mannion, Rachel Robinson, Cara Maria Sorbello, Laurel Stucky and Jodi Weatherton.
