Celtic flop Eboue Kouassi will sign for Genk permanently, it has been reported.The midfielder joined Kouassi joined Celtic for a fee of £3million in January 2017 on a big four-year-deal.
But he failed to win a regular place in the side and made just 12 appearances for the champions.Kouassi joined Belgian side Genk on loan in January as Ianis Hagi moved in the opposite direction.Hagi headed to Rangers on loan with an option to buy, and Het Nieuwsblad reports the Romanian will sign for the Ibrox side on a permanent deal while Kouassi will also make his switch long term.Genk have an option to buy on the Ivorian worth €1.5million (£1.34million) that has to be activated before May 29.The website reports that they will activate that option in
