As a Transport Management Assistant, Michaela manages a fleet of military vehicle’s and makes sure they are all ready to go at a moments notice.As a driver in The British Army, Michaela is fully qualified up to HGV level, with the opportunity to gain further advances up to coach and has secured a trade for life if she ever chooses to leave The Army.When asked if life is different in The Army as a woman, Michaela said “everyone works as a team, everyone feels like they’re part of something.
