Breaking Bad house is now up for sale.Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the house was used as Walter White’s home in the Bryan Cranston-fronted series which ran between 2008 and 2013.The house is on the market for $4million (£3.2million), despite other similar homes in the area estimated to be worth $350,000 (£281,746).Since the show first began airing, fans have visited the location to take photos.
Speaking to local radio station KOB4, current owner Joanne Quintana said they average “300 cars a day”, per Consequence.Though Quintana recalled some positive memories from the show’s production, including the day Cranston threw a pizza on the roof in one take, she told the station she was frustrated with the amount of traffic from fans in recent years, as well as those recreating the show’s famous pizza moment.More recently, they added a fence to protect the property, but now, after 52 years, they’re choosing to leave. “We’re going to walk away with just our memories.
It’s time to move on. We’re done. There’s no reason to fight anymore,” Quintana said. “I hope they make it what the fans want.
They want a BnB, they want a museum, they want access to it. Go for it.”Last year, Cranston told Breaking Bad fans that it was time to let the show go, explaining, “Everything should come to an end.
