A mum has spoken about her immense pride for her four-year-old son who has been diagnosed with cancer. Alexandra and Michael Williams, both 32, had their world turned upside down when their son Noah was diagnosed with stage four cancer.
The couple had just given birth to Noah’s younger sister Harriet, when a lump was found on Noah’s groin. Doctors diagnosed Noah, who is autistic and non-verbal, with rhabdomyosarcoma in 2023.
