Going for a Boxing Day walk is an annual tradition for many. It’s a chance to walk off all those mince pies and blow the cobwebs away.
While there are dozens of walks to choose from on our doorstep, one gorgeous route just outside of Greater Manchester has been named among the most popular Boxing Day walks in the UK.
According to research published by FitFlop, Dunham Massey is the second-most popular route in the country for the annual post-Christmas walk.
It was only beaten to first place by Cragside in Northumberland, meanwhile Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire came in third place.
