After all the indulgence of Christmas Day, going for a walk on Boxing Day is a much-welcomed tradition which blows the cobwebs away.
Plus it helps you work up an appetite for all those leftovers. Whether it’s a walk in the woods or a hike up a hill, you can’t beat a stroll in the fresh air on a crisp winter’s day.
