A dusting of snow has covered Greater Manchester this week as temperatures plummet across the country. While there’s not much more snow expected to fall in the coming days, the weather is going to remain very cold but with lots of bright, January sunshine on the cards.
With that in mind, make the most of the sunny and crisp days this week by wrapping up warm and heading outside for a wonderful wintry walk.
There are plenty of places to take in the beautiful frosty scenery across Greater Manchester, from moorland hikes to canalside strolls, but there’s one park which has all the grandeur of a stately home and looks particularly special on a frosty day.
Sandwiched between Cheadle Hulme and Hazel Grove, Bramhall Park might not be Stockport’s largest park, but it’s certainly one of the prettiest.
