There’s something warm and cosy about visiting old houses and grand halls during the winter time, and there’s several to choose from across the city region.
Nestled in the 70-acre Bramhall Park in Stockport is Bramall Hall, a Tudor Manor house with gorgeous black and white timber framing.
Some parts of the hall date all the way back to the 14th century and it has been added to over the years with additions made in the 16th and 19th centuries.
