The Apprentice’s fired candidate Francesca Kennedy Wallbank has reflected on her time in the BBC show, comparing the house the candidates stayed in to the Love Island villa. The 26 year old budding business woman, who became the latest to leave the process after a crucial spelling mistake, opened up about how she and her fellow contestants spent their downtime away from the cameras.

Francesca explained: “Back at the start of the series, I saw lots of comparisons in the press to Love Island.” “Well, let me tell you, when the camera stopped rolling and you’ve got Conor [Gilsenan] getting us all working out, then he left and [Alex Short] took the fitness reins, it reminded me of it a bit!” Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter.
