The Apprentice reject Alex Mills has certainly made Lord Sugar regret giving him the pointed-finger treatment. The Welshman was 22 when he appeared on the BBC show back in 2013.

Alex was fired after a disastrous and excruciating sales pitch for a horror-themed ready meal. His unforgettable eyebrows and stern look made him one of the unlikely stars of the ninth series, and eight years on, he's proved the doubters wrong.

His insurance firm Dynamo Cover is already worth £16 million and he drives a head-turning red Ferrari 488. Alex employs 30 people in Barry, South Wales, and now aged 30, has just been named one of the highest earning young people in the UK.
