The 10 dogs all desperate for loving homes this Christmas

The connections we form with our pets can be one of the most wholesome and rewarding friendships we make in our lifetimes. Even the toughest of hearts can be softened by a loyal four-legged friend - but sadly, some have to wait a little longer than others to call somewhere home.

The team at Eccles-based free-roaming animal sanctuary Dogs4Rescue, which cares for its dogs on a 41-acre kennel-free rehabilitation retreat, currently have many pooches available for adoption on its website.

As of Monday, December 23, the 10 dogs listed below are at the centre and currently available for rehoming. Forms can be filled out here.

Volunteers say Ella is a beautiful girl with the most adorable, expressive face. She is an easy going, sweet natured dog. She is very friendly with everyone she meets and is attentive and well behaved.
