Greater Manchester could see some sleet and snow tonight as temperatures drop to -4C in the coldest areas. It comes as the Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning over ice tonight in some parts of the UK.
This warning does not cover Manchester, but we are still in for a cold few days with below freezing temperatures overnight and the chance of some sleet and snow.
The rest of this evening (Wednesday 1 December) should be dry across Manchester, with the last of the showers having cleared up this afternoon.
