Tekashi 6ix9ine has reportedly been sued by Fashion Nova who claim his criminal behaviour made him a ‘bad brand ambassador’. The Gummo rapper was sentenced to 24 months in prison with five years supervised release in December, after being found guilty of racketeering, conspiracy, drug trafficking and firearms offences.
According to TMZ, who obtained legal documents, Fashion Nova has filed a lawsuit against Tekashi after they signed an endorsement deal with the rapper to promote their collections on social media and through his music.
Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, is reported to have secured an advance of $225,000 (£185,600) which was paid in October 2018.
