Charity rejects Tekashi 6ix9ine’s $200,000 donation as his ‘activities do not align’ with its values

Controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has had a massive donation rejected by charity campaign No Kid Hungry after it was said his ‘activities do not align’ with the organisation’s values.

Tekashi – real name Daniel Hernandez – had tried to donate $200,000 (£163,000) to the campaign run by the non-profit organisation Share Our Strength, however, it won’t be accepted.

The rapper, who was recently released from prison for his involvement in a street gang, reacted to the decision, branding it as ‘cruel’.
