A teenage thug randomly attacked ten schoolboys after a relative told him that he was being bullied. Rian Power, 19, left one of his victims, who were all pupils of Wardle Academy in Rochdale, with a broken nose.

After punching one victim, Power told him, referencing his relative: "You see that boy there...don’t disrespect him." Manchester's courts are some of the busiest in the country with a vast array of cases heard every week.
