Aspinall's triumph came on a great night for the British MMA scene, with victories for Scouse duo Paddy Pimblett and Molly McCann as well as a triumph for Wales' Jack Shore.

That has only led to an increase in anticipation for UFC to return to these isles and Aspinall wants to see it happen in 2022. “That’s what we’ve got to do next.
