The crash happened on the A6 Stockport Road in Levenshulme at around 11.25am this morning (Saturday). A car hit a teenage girl, police said.
She was taken to hospital from the scene - her injuries are not believed to be serious. READ MORE: Police cordon off land near Salford Royal in 'ongoing search' The road was closed off in both directions between Alma Road and Crayfield Road after the crash.
A number of ambulance vehicles were pictured at the scene as well as police. Traffic was diverted away from the area and some bus services were delayed.
