Teen rummaged through pockets of motionless man after violent attack
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA teenager attacked a man and then rummaged through his pockets while he lay motionless in the middle of the road. Kyle Johnson ambushed his 28-year-old victim in an unprovoked three-on-one attack at around 8am on October 15, 2021, the Liverpool Echo reports.
He kicked and stamped on him after he was knocked to the ground. The victim lost a tooth and had his headphones, cap, cash and a bag stolen from him, a court heard.
He had left his friend's house following a night out in Liverpool city centre, and had approached Johnson and two older males outside a McDonald's and asked them for directions. As he reached London Road, Johnson's two accomplices lunged at him and attempted to punch him. CCTV footage showed the victim trying to flee before being knocked to the ground, kicked and stamped on by the pair.
