The MTV star also dished on the custody arrangements she has with the fathers of her three children: Isaac, Lincoln, and Lux.
The Pennsylvania native shares 10-year-old Isaac with her ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, and she shares 6-year-old Lincoln with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
