A mum has joined the fight to end an epidemic of youth violence in Scotland after her son was left permanently scarred in an attack that was filmed for Snapchat.
The mum-of-four has told how her 13-year-old son was left requiring surgery after he was ambushed by a gang in Edinburgh as he made his way home from Princes Street on June 18.
