Halloween has been cancelled after parents received letters telling them to send their kids to school in regular uniform. Despite the orders from the school authorities, a group of "more than 20" families allowed their children to dress up anyway, only for them to be sent home.The parents claimed that they had enjoyed the tradition while they were children at the school, Cumberland News and Star reports.
