Taylor Swift’s cinematographer Rodrigo Prieto has detailed how the pair made the magical video for new single Cardigan during coronavirus-induced lockdown.T-Swift wrote and directed the rustic video, which serves as a teaser for the themes of her hit new album Folklore – which debuted at number one in the charts.The clip sees Taylor playing a piano in a candlelit cabin, a beautiful forest and on choppy seas.Speaking to Rolling Stone, Prieto explained: ‘She had the whole storyline, the whole notion of going into the piano and coming out into the forest, the water, going back into the piano.’‘We needed to be safe, for her sake and for our sake as a crew during the shoot, but also for the future of filmmaking.‘Because we want to keep working.
