Panic-stricken fans took to social media to report the update as they waited to get their hands on the much sought-after tickets.
Fans queueing for general sale London and Edinburgh shows today (July 17) claimed the website "crashed" before tickets were even released.
Tens of thousands of fans are expected to wait in line today to get their hands on the 'Anti-Hero' singer's Era Tour tickets.
