Tammy Abraham sends warning to Timo Werner over "pressure" after Frank Lampard sacking

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has sent a warning to team-mate Timo Werner over the pressure of playing in the Premier League.

Werner has come under fire after a slow start to life at Chelsea, and has not scored in the league since November 7. The German also missed a penalty in the 3-1 win over Luton in the FA Cup last weekend, while rival attacker Abraham grabbed a brace.

And following the sacking of manager Frank Lampard, the England international had a word of advice for his colleague to try and help him get over his slump in form. “I feel that to be a new player coming into the Premier League it is never easy,” Abraham told Chelsea’s official website. “I have had my struggles last season where I went a couple of games without
