VIXX have announced their upcoming mini-album ‘Continuum’, their first release in five years.The newly released teaser video for ‘Continuum’ features footage of three members of VIXX – namely Leo, Ken and Hyuk – practicing and recording new music for their upcoming release.‘Continuum’ will be the veteran boyband’s first album in over five years, since 2018’s ‘Eau de VIXX’. However, in 2019 the group released two singles, ‘Walking’ and ‘Parallel’.A tracklist for the album will be released tomorrow (November 7), before a concept video drops the day after.

VIXX rapper Ravi has left the K-pop boyband following his trial for alleged evasion of military service.In January 2023, a South Korean broker claimed that he had helped an idol rapper falsify an epilepsy diagnosis to attain an IV grade in his health evaluation for military service, allowing him to receive an exemption from active duty.In the same month, Ravi was identified by prosecutors as a possible client of the broker, per The Korea Times. Following the news reports, Ravi’s agency GROOVL1N said that it was “closely examining the truth about the situation”.

VIXX rapper Ravi has admitted to recent charges of attempting evading military service.In January, The Korea Times reported that the 30-year-old idol had been identified by prosecutors as a possible client of a broker known as Mr Gu, who was indicted for helping men receive exemptions from South Korea’s compulsory military service by falsifying health records.Gu reportedly promoted his services by sharing that a famous idol rapper had utilised their service, and consequently received a grade IV in his fitness and health evaluation, allowing him to serve in the social services department instead of becoming an active duty soldier.Back in October 2022, Ravi had announced his enlistment as a social service worker due to unspecified “health reasons”.Following the news reports, Ravi’s self-founded agency GROOVL1N released a statement that it was “closely examining the truth about the situation”, adding that the idol would cooperate fully in the investigation. At the time, neither the agency nor Ravi confirmed or denied the claims of his alleged attempt to evade service.According to Newsis, Ravi admitted to violating South Korea’s Military Service Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 6.

VIXX rapper and soloist Ravi has returned with his fifth EP ‘Love&Holiday’ with two new music videos.On September 12 at 6pm KST, the musician dropped his latest EP ‘Love&Holiday’ under his self-established label GROOVL1N along with the music video for one of its two title tracks, ‘Kiss You’.The new music video is a compilation of clips from Ravi’s 2022 ‘Revoir’ concert, including interactions with the crowd and his backup dancers. The end of the video features a snipper of the musician saying to fans at the end of the show: “I will never forget this, goodbye! I love you.

VIXX singer Hyuk has announced his departure from longtime label Jellyfish Entertainment in a handwritten letter to fans.The K-pop idol took to Instagram yesterday (June 1) to announce his decision to leave the entertainment company, a little over a week after the boyband celebrated their 10th anniversary on May 24.
