Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex-assistant claims he was ordered to have sex to prove his ‘loyalty’ in bombshell new doc
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former personal assistant broke down in tears in a new interview as he described the moment his former employer allegedly ordered him to have sex with a girl to “prove” his “loyalty.”Speaking with journalist Mara S. Campo for Investigation Discovery’s docuseries “The Fall of Diddy,” which released its first two episodes on Monday, Phillip Pines revealed new details about the shocking allegations he made against the disgraced hip-hop mogul, 55, in a lawsuit he filed in December.Pines, who allegedly worked for Combs from 2019 to 2021, is suing him for sexual battery, sexual harassment and sex trafficking, claiming that his job duties were to enable Combs’ alleged sexual activities. In addition to facing a lawsuit from Pines and several others, Diddy is currently locked up in a Brooklyn jail as he awaits trial on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all the charges and denied Pines’ allegations. In his new interview for the ID doc, Pines claimed loyalty was “everything” to Diddy, adding that the moment the disgraced musician allegedly told him to “prove himself’ was “something I won’t forget.”“My life changed and I’ve never really recovered from it,” he said through tears.According to Pines, Diddy had been drinking all day before the alleged “freak-off.” The former assistant went on to claim he was allegedly pressured to partake in the sex party after his boss offered him alcohol.“I took a shot (of alcohol) with them.

Justin Baldoni ‘devastated financially and emotionally’ by Blake Lively ‘It Ends With Us’ legal war: lawyer
his “It Ends With Us” co-star Blake Lively has left him “devastated financially and emotionally,” his lawyer Bryan Freedman said Monday at a pre-trial conference in Manhattan.Speaking in front of a judge assigned to oversee the stars’ warring lawsuits, Freedman added that the accusations Lively leveled against the “Jane the Virgin” alum and his co-defendants — “It Ends With Us” producers Jamey Heath and Steve Sarowitz, their production company Wayfarer Studios and publicists Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel — have allegedly amounted to “hundreds of millions of dollars of prejudice.”“My grave concern is that my clients suffered hundreds of millions of dollars of prejudice as a result of actions they were blindsided by,” he said.Freedman also pleaded with the judge to fast-track the case, claiming his clients were “suffering greatly.”Michael Gottlieb, attorney for Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, insisted they were not dragging their heels. In her lawsuit filed in New York on New Year’s Eve, Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and, along with his associates, orchestrating a public smear campaign against her. The claims, which the “Gossip Girl” veteran first made in an interview with The New York Times, mirrored those included in the her California Civil Rights Department Complaint against Baldoni. He denied her accusations.

MrBeast sued for alleged sexual harassment, ‘chronic mistreatment’ by ‘Beast Games’ contestants
Prime Video series that filmed over the summer. In a redacted version of the lawsuit, the contestants said they are seeking a jury trial to determine monetary damages “likely totaling in the millions of dollars.”The five plaintiffs claimed they were subjected “to unreasonable, unsafe, and unlawful employment conditions.”The complaints listed in the lawsuit include sexual harassment, failure to prevent harassment, negligent infliction of emotional distress, failure to provide uninterrupted meal breaks, failure to provide uninterrupted rest breaks, failure to pay minimum wages, failure to pay overtime, false advertising, unfair business practices and more. The lawsuit specifically claimed that the show — which allegedly has a $100 million budget — misrepresented itself by telling contestants there would be 1,000 participates, only for them to find out “upon arrival” that there were more. This “reduced” the contestants’ chances of winning the purported $5 million grand prize, the suit said. The complaint also alleged that MrBeast (whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson) “did not want to use the alleged unconstrained resources” that he had for the show “to provide fair wages, or even bare-minimum-legal working conditions.”Instead, MrBeast and the defendants allegedly “employed superior bargaining power to coerce the contestants to sign unconscionable contracts with illegal terms and illusory obligations,” per the suit. The defendants were specifically blamed for having “created, permitted to exist, and fostered a culture and pattern and practice of sexual harassment including in the form of a hostile work environment.”The Post has reached out to MrBeast’s rep for comment.Attorneys for the five anonymous people who filed the lawsuit
