Papa Roach have presented a £20,000 cheque to the CALM mental health charity ahead of their massive sold-out London show.The nu-metal pioneers presented the cheque to the suicide prevention charity Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) before recently taking the stage at their sold-out gig at London’s Wembley Arena. The band had donated £1 from every ticket of their ‘Rise Of The Roach’ tour which includes stops across Europe, the UK and North America.“The kick-off to the ‘Rise OF The Roach’ has been incredible” said Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix in a press release.

Papa Roach and Rise Against have announced they will be joining forces for a major North American tour in 2025 – see all the dates below.The dates will form the latest leg of Papa Roach’s ‘Rise Of The Roach Tour’, which is celebrating 25 years of their breakthrough album ‘Infest’, released in 2000. They will take official headline billing on all dates except for Rise Against’s hometown of Chicago.The leg will kick off at Houston’s Toyota Center on March 20 and run through to Saint Paul, Minnesota on April 13.

Papa Roach have added a new Liverpool date to their 2025 ‘Infest’ anniversary tour due to high demand.The US rock band are due to celebrate 25 years of their breakthrough album with a string of European and UK dates on their ‘Rise Of The Roach Tour’ next year, including a huge London show.In addition to planned concerts at London’s Ovo Arena Wembley on February 7 and the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham February 8, the band have now added an extra date at the M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool on February 9.Tickets for the new date go on sale this Friday (October 4) at 10am BST, and you can purchase yours here. Papa Roach have been raising money for suicide prevention by appearing on TV game show Family Feud and releasing a new song with Carrie Underwood.Last Tuesday (July 30), Papa Roach appeared on Celebrity Family Feud to battle Daughtry for the top prize of US$25,000, which they ultimately won for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Papa Roach, KoRn and Deftones are “the next Metallicas”.During a recent interview with Iowa radio station Lazer 103.3 (via Metal Hammer), the Papa Roach frontman explained: “We’re watching Metallica step into that Rolling Stones spot right now. And Foo Fighters are another one of those groups.”The comments came after host Andy Hall expressed his concerns about there being a possible lack of newer bands that are able to reach James Hetfield and co’s level of success after they retire.Shaddix, who founded Papa Roach in 1993, went on to cite his own group as well as KoRn and Deftones as “the next Metallicas”.The vocalist continued: “You know what I mean? That’s it. We’re stepping into that spot now.
