Lucy Dacus has shared new single ‘Brando’, the latest to come from her forthcoming album ‘Home Video’.In a statement, Dacus explained that the song was inspired by a “very dramatic friend [she] had in high school whose whole personality was the media he consumed.”“He showed me a lot of amazing movies and music, but I think he was more interested in using me as a scrapbook of his own tastes than actually getting to know me.

The Weather Station has announced a UK and European tour set to kick off in 2022.The Canadian folk musician and actor Tamara Lindeman’s musical project released its critically acclaimed fifth album, ‘Ignorance’, earlier this year, and Lindeman has now revealed that she will be heading out on tour to support the LP.This year, the Weather Station will play Bonnaroo, Summerfest, and the Pitchfork Music Festival in September, before touring Canada in November. The tour will then continue in early 2022 with shows across the US and Europe.The European leg of the tour will kick off in the UK on March 22 in Brighton.

Parquet Courts have announced a new reissue of their debut album ‘American Specialities’ to mark its 10th anniversary.The album, which preceded their breakthrough record ‘Light Up Gold’ by one year, was released as a limited edition cassette in 2011. It was later put out on vinyl in 2012, but is still a rarity in the band’s back catalogue.Now, fans will have another chance to get hold of ‘American Specialities’.
