A suspected county lines gang have been arrested after police raided homes across Bury in the early hours of Wednesday (June 7).
Officers from Bury's organised crime team along with the Tactical Aid Unit executed seven warrants and arrested nine men on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
The activity, called Operation Revoke follows an investigation into the alleged large scale drugs supply operating across Bury. Join our WhatsApp Top Stories and Breaking News group by clicking this link In its first month, the operation has seen 24 people arrested along with a street value of £135,000 in Class A and Class B drugs taken off the streets and approximately £70,000 in cash seized.
Police revealed that on the first day of the operation, officers arrested two prominent OCG members in possession of £52,000 in cash and a large amount of cannabis.
