A man has been arrested in connection with the hit-and-run of American actress Lisa Banes who passed away back in June. The 65-year-old actress was on her way to dinner in New York City when she was tragically struck by an electric scooter.
The Gone Girl star died ten days later after suffering a traumatic brain injury. Witnesses at the scene said the scooter rider allegedly drove through a red light which was located near the Lincoln Centre in Manhattan and fled after knocking the actress over on a pedestrian crossing.
