Susanna Reid has opened up about feeling her most confident as her fiftieth birthday approaches - and says she is flattered to be considered a sex symbol by many.

The Good Morning Britain presenter will turn 50-years-old in December and says she has come a long way from the young news reader who appeared on BBC news bulletins for the first time 20-years-ago.

Since then, Susanna has gone on to win fans after hosting BBC Breakfast, waltzing across the ballroom on Strictly Come Dancing , and then holding her own against Piers Morgan on ITV’s GMB.

Looking over her quarter of a century of existence, the TV star and mum-of-three said she is flattered by the continued attention she attracts the more she ages.
