Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Susanna Reid fears she passed Covid-19 to 79-year-old mum
msn.com© Getty Getty Susanna Reid has told of her fear that she could have passed the coronavirus to her elderly mum. The Good Morning Britain presenter has been self-isolating after one of her sons developed a cough, shortly after they had spent time with her 79-year-old mother.
Writing in the Daily Mail, she said the thought that she had put her mum at risk was her “biggest concern”. “The thought is agonising,” she said. “I want to find out for sure whether it’s coronavirus, so we can put our minds at rest,” Reid added.
