Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

Susanna Reid has hit out at Matt Hancock for breaking I'm A Celebrity rules before even entering the jungle. According to reports, the former Health Secretary has been allowed to keep his phone and laptop so he can continue to work during his ‘quarantine’ time.

On Good Morning Britain today, the presenters were discussing Mr Hancock’s appearance on the ITV show and Susanna said: “I think a lot of people last night were wondering, where’s Matt Hancock?” And her co-host Ed Balls replied: “I know he’s in quarantine, apparently on his phone," to which a shocked Susanna replied: “That’s not allowed!

I know, I think that’s going to do down quite badly in the camp."Susanna added: "Well the fact he’s in there has gone down quite badly with the Prime Minister.

Following the news of his stint in the jungle, Hancock lost his Tory whip last week. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has said he is ‘very disappointed’ with his decision, adding he won’t be watching the ITV show as he ‘genuinely won’t have time’.Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon also branded him 'disgraceful', she said: "I think it's disgraceful actually, I'm not particularly interested in how he gets on in the jungle." The politician is set to be one of two late arrivals to the camp, but when exactly he will enter camp remains unclear.Hancock will join the line-up of celebs such as royal Mike Tindall, singer Boy George, radio’s Chris Moyles, Coronation Street ’s Sue Cleaver, ITV’s Charlene White, Love Island ’s Olivia Attwood and Hollyoaks star Owen Warner.
