Susan Boyle supports Gladiators star in rare public appearance after suffering shock stroke
ok.co.ukSusan Boyle has made an unusual appearance in public, months after revealing that she'd suffered a stroke. The Britain's Got Talent icon, 62, surprised fans when she turned up at a special watch party and celebration for the reboot of 90s fan-favourite Gladiators.
The sport and entertainment competition, which sees ultra fit members of the public go up against the hand-picked "gladiators" in a series of epic challenges, returned to BBC One with gusto two weeks ago.
Scottish contestant Kerry Wilson went head-to-head on the launch show, and ended up smashing the Eliminator challenge and going straight through to the Quarter Finals.
Susan, who is Scottish herself and still lives in her ex-council house in West Lothian, turned up to the local pub in support of Kerry.
