Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick shared a hilarious anecdote from his latest book while chatting on Thursday's Lorraine episode. Appearing to promote his autobiography, Dogs and Their Humans: Stories of Healing and Hope from the Supervet's Surgery, the 56-year-old vet regaled viewers with tales from his extensive career filled with heartwarming and humorous incidents.
Discussing some entertaining tales, guest host Christine Lampard mentioned: "You talk as well about some dogs, they're innocent detectives", adding: "This comes to affairs basically and how dogs can catch you out not meaning to but they can!" Noel then highlighted how dogs are reflections of human honesty: "Dogs reveal the inner essence of ourselves, whether we're being honest or not honest.
Those who know me skip the introduction because that's just a bit about me to introduce me, and go straight to chapter one. Right, Christine?
It's funny, it's sit on your sofa and laugh time!" Detailing one particular story, Noel began: "There's this cocky guy who comes into my clinic," which prompted Christine to quickly clarify: "And we change names and everything, just to be clear?" to which Noel clarified: "We changed names to protect the innocent or not so innocent in all of the book, the names are changed for obvious reasons!", reports the Mirror.
