Mino Raiola has reportedly begun talks with Manchester City over a possible move for Matthijs de Ligt. Although the former Ajax defender reportedly has no issues at Juventus, his agent is said to view the situation differently, and is already making steps to find his client a new club.
According to Calciomercato, Raiola has initiated talks with City, as well as a few more of Europe’s top clubs. Juve though are ‘not willing to grant discounts’ for De Ligt, and any club looking to prise him away from Turin will have to part with €150m as per his release clause.
Massimiliano Allegri’s side do not want to let the player leave, and are of the opinion there won’t be many clubs able to meet their demands.
