Being parents to 22 children isn’t without its challenges, and one of the biggest that Sue and her husband, Noel Radford face, is keeping their romantic spark alive.
The couple, who married in 1992, and their family rose to fame on the documentary series, 22 Kids and Counting which started in 2012 and have since become well-known as Britain’s largest family.
Now, Sue is opening up about how she and Noel manage to keep time for themselves as well as parent their children, and spend time with all of their grandchildren.
So after 32 years of marriage, how exactly do Sue and Noel maintain the magic? “We don’t take each other for granted,” reveals Sue in an exclusive interview with OK!. "We’re each other’s best friend and we try to get a date night now once a month - we have ready-made babysitters after all!” The couple also run their own business which also takes up a huge amount of their time - however Sue explains that they won’t ever take their situation for granted after almost “losing everything”. “We almost went bankrupt and thought we would lose the house,” Sue admits. “I just kept thinking, ‘There’s no way out of this, and I really don’t see how our marriage can survive. “The whole thing took its toll on me and Noel.
