Sue Radford, the matriarch of Britain's largest family, may have been left blushing when Centre Parcs had to rejig Santa's grotto to accommodate her enormous brood. The Radfords, who are no strangers to the limelight thanks to their show 22 Kids and Counting, are currently on their 20th holiday and were determined that none of their children would miss out on the festive fun.
With another bustling Christmas on the horizon, Sue has previously mentioned that the festivities usually cost them a hefty £7,000.This time, during their stay in a log cabin, they needed a little extra help to meet Santa, and Centre Parcs stepped up to the plate, ensuring most of the Radford clan could enjoy the experience together.
Sue posted a heartfelt message along with a collection of snaps on social media from their trip, saying: "The most amazing weekend @centerparcsuk.This is definitely going to become a Christmas tradition for us, it's just such a magical place to be.
You know you have a big family when they have to reorganise Santa's grotto to fit you all in." The Radfords' festive getaway at Whinfell Forest, nestled on the fringes of the Lake District, follows a sun-soaked celebration in Dubai where Sue and Noel marked their wedding anniversary. The couple's break in the UAE came just before their daughter Millie, aged 23, walked down the aisle in a grand wedding ceremony, reports the Mirror.
