A university student has told how she was left 'completely paralysed' after her drink was allegedly spiked at a nightclub. Footage shows student Ilana El-baz, 20, slumped on a staircase after she returned home from a night out in Bristol some weeks ago.

The undergraduate student can be seen struggling to get up a flight of stairs while her eyes rolled and her head slumped on to the bannister, the Mirror reports.

She believes she was spiked and has called for more to be done to protect clubbers, including using lids on drinks, like takeaway coffees.
