The Made in Chelsea star, who is paired with professional dancer Karen Hauer, revealed he can now see his toes again after losing his "pot belly".
Jamie, 32, told The Sun : "I can see my toes in the shower for the first time in ages! I had a pot belly when I started Strictly.
That’s gone now. "I mean, I’m even getting abs, not as good as Karen’s, her abs are like the eighth wonder of the world. But I’m getting there! "I’ve lost over a stone now, which is insane.
