Strictly Come Dancing's Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas have opened up about their exit from the show in their first interview since being voted off.The EastEnders actor, 30, and his professional partner, 29, found themselves in the dreaded dance-off against Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe during Sunday night's results show, with the judges unanimously deciding to save the latter pair.
Speaking on Monday's It Takes Two with host Fleur East, Jamie, who at one point got teary discussing his exit, described being in the dance-off as part of "the Strictly experience, being top of the leaderboard, bottom of the leaderboard, dance-off, it was like we get to dance it again, let's go!".
Meanwhile, Michelle confessed it was her first time in a dance-off, saying: "I've never been in a dance-off either so for me it was an experience as well that I wanted to go through.
We did it, we enjoyed it, we've got the whole package now!". Later on the show, host Fleur chatted with audiences about the belief that the pair had been scored too low throughout their stint on the competition.
