Saffron, 24, who hails from Brighton, jetted to Los Angeles in June to undertake an acting course. Upon her return to the UK, her fans noticed she'd lost weeks after spending six weeks in the USA, prompting speculation about whether she'd achieved her results naturally.
However, the influencer has now shut down any rumours, saying she'd switched up her diet drastically while in LA, which helped her to shed the pounds. "I think it's quite obvious that I've lost a lot of weight recently - well I say recently, but it's been a gradual thing," Saffron began. "My diet changed when I went to LA, for all the better.
I don't eat anywhere near as much sugar as I used to eat and I never felt so much better for it in my life. I used to eat so much chocolate it was unhealthy and it's completely all about a balanced diet.
